Ojai land is a dream of a project. Not only is the site located in the prettiest of places, but it’s also owned by the nicest and coolest of people. The site is already home to some beautiful, mature coast live Oaks, and the design is careful to dance around them, and is about an acre in size. There’s enough space to have room for all of the desired elements, including a concrete skate ramp, hot tub/sauna, ADU, and outdoor dining area. The drawings (conceptual and construction) completed in 2023, and there are hopes of construction starting in 2024. Stay tuned.
