There are certain things you should know about Prototype’s design approach: it will always include materials, practices and standards that are as *sustainable as possible.
Design elements might include (but are not limited to):
utilization of methods that are best practices, tried and tested, technologically current
reuse of on-site materials
planting designs with mostly / if not all native plants
the use of local / domestic materials
bird and pollinator friendly planting design
bioswales / rain gardens / phyto-forward
lawn alternative / low-mow native grasses
protection of existing / healthy trees
pervious and porous surfaces
