Prototype worked with the Highlands Borough, Community and local stakeholder groups to redesign an existing public park space. Frank Hall Park was reimagined to be an accessible public destination, with active and passive recreation areas, including a bocce ball court, native plant beds, and raised game tables. A special area was designed to contain a relocated memorial to Frank Hall.
The Frank Hall Park redesign project has completed conceptual-phase work, and will move into construction level drawings in the near future.
