This project is located on a corner lot, lending lots of possibility and also lots of exposure. Spaces were dreamed of to be private but not secluded, planned, but not restrictive. resulting in a fun, flexible design, plus amazing clients which make design-work way, way better.
Construction started Autumn 2021, completed Spring 2022
